LEH, July 29: Secretary, Data Expertise, Ladakh, Saugat Biswas, chaired a gathering relating to the end-to-end digitisation of State DBT Schemes and their on-boarding on cell platform on the event of the seventy fifth Anniversary of Indian Independence. It was knowledgeable that the Authorities has set the goal of end-to-end digitization of main DBT schemes and their availability on UMANG cell platform as apps in time to coincide with the seventy fifth Anniversary of India’s Independence i.e. 15 August, 2022. Secretary Biswas added that adoption of DBT will empower Departments to observe funds circulate to the final stage and observe beneficiaries.
Secretary Biswas reviewed the DBT cell utility for transferring cash below varied welfare schemes via the Aadhaar-based Direct Profit Transfers (DBT) to beneficiaries.
Instructions have been issued to all of the Departments to realize DBT transactions utilizing Govt of India portals or via the portals being developed by the Data Expertise Division of Ladakh.
“The Data Expertise Division will assist the Administrative Departments to develop internet functions for finish to finish digitisation of schemes for supply of G2C providers,” he added.
Ladakh will coordinate relating to integration of obtainable central DBT portals of assorted departments with single DBT portal of the MHA.
Biswas additional directed all of the Administrators to look at G2C or G2B Companies when it comes to Direct Profit Switch that must be made on-line or if there may be any technical limitation in activating the DBT via the Central Authorities portal then the IT Division could also be approached instantly for creation/ improvement of such portal for the aim of seamless DBT.
